By making a reservation, placing an order, or participating in any event hosted by Saffron Indian Bistro, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Reservation Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. The following terms apply:
- Reservations Made Online: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Late Cancellations or No-shows: If you fail to cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance or do not show up for your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply (depending on the reservation type and availability).
- Private Event or Large Group Reservations: For large groups or private event bookings, a non-refundable deposit may be required, and cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may result in the loss of the deposit.
2. Food Orders & Takeout
For takeout or delivery orders, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once the order has been placed and payment has been processed. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We may offer a refund or replacement in cases where:
- The order was incorrect.
- The food was damaged or not as described.
- The food was delivered late.
Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Event & Catering Cancellations
If you have booked an event or catering service with Saffron Indian Bistro, please be aware of the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: A full refund of any deposit or payment will be provided.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or catering service.
4. Refund Process
Refunds for cancellations that meet the criteria above will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exceptions
In certain circumstances, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unavoidable events (e.g., restaurant closures due to unforeseen circumstances), we may adjust our refund and cancellation policy accordingly. We will notify customers promptly in these situations.
